Speaking with relatives about family history, I am often told to keep this piece of information between you, me and the gate post. Respecting sensibilities, I will share my family stories entwine with historical events from Copiah, Jefferson and Lincoln Counties, Mississippi, from gate post to gate post.

Wordless Wednesday Modeling for the Social Club 1940s - Chicago
How does Ina Kellogg connect to my family tree?
Ina and I are not related. Ina was born about 1903 in Georgia.
She is the aunt of Anthony Neal, Sr.
Anthony married cousin Bettie McDaniel.
Tall and tan and young and lovely, the girl from Chicago goes walking.....(smile) Where do you finds these photos? I think this one is my favorite thus far. Saundra
She is dressed to the nines!
ReplyDeleteOh yes she is.
DeleteThe more styles change, the more they stay the same! Was this about 1950? Love the dress/skirt.
ReplyDeleteCousin dated the photograph 1940s. Looking at the people in the audience it could well be 1950s. I would love to see this photograph in color.

ReplyDeleteI have cousins who love to share, particularly, since they have learned I have a love of old photographs.
