A flyer found in the store reports the building is a 130 years old structure, which means it was built around the early 1880s. Country stores sold everything from sugar to a pound of nails. The building is now a restaurant serving country favorites, known best for the fried chicken.

Looks like it's in good shape. Hope the chicken is worth being known for.
I have eaten there twice. The first visit was better than the second. I have no plans for a third visit.
the fried chicken was great and the other food was also very good(especially the cornbread). We also had the pleasure of listening to a good story and some from the heart singing.
